Refund / Return Policy

Eligibility
Taste or quality complaints must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Shelf-life or packaging issues must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
The product must be less than 30% used to be eligible for a return or refund.
Perishable or fully opened consumables are not eligible unless a quality issue is verified.
Resolution options
After validation, we may provide a replacement, wallet credit, or refund to the original payment method.
COD order refunds may be processed to a bank account or UPI handle.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days.
Bank settlement time may vary by provider.
